DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit will be required. Terms are 50/50. The deposit amount will be based on inventoried quantities and total price. The deposit is due at time of acceptance. Invoices for product delivered will be prepared based on actual inventory at time of trailer load out. The deposit will be applied against final trailer load(s) quantities and any adjustments reconciled at project completion.
