Our stringent testing procedures have identified 500 computers with bulging capacitors, which we cannot sell for full price.

The units are complete, tested, and working, but have one or more bulging capacitors.

Units will be sold AS-IS, but have been POST tested.

As such, we are blowing these units out for 1 CENT A MHZ!  1/3 off wholesale price!
